The Township maintains a broadcast email list for sharing information with residents.
This list is only used for mass communication with township residents. All addresses remain private and are not shared.
If you would like to be included in this list, please send an email to info@wdtwp.com and ask to be added to the list.

Township Emergency Text Alert System

West Donegal Township has implemented a cellular, text-based alert system for residents of the township. This system is similar to what the Elizabethtown Area School District, other organizations and municipalities use to inform residents of late breaking and emergency information.

If you are interested in joining this system, please text “YES” to (208) 252-4718 from your cellular device. Additional message and data rates may apply. West Donegal Township is not liable for any additional charges you may incur from your cellular service provider for messages received from this system.

Board of Supervisors' Meeting
The next Board of Supervisors' meeting will occur on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm.

Planning Commission Meeting
The next Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 7:00 pm has been canceled.

Zoning Hearing Board Meeting
The next Zoning Hearing Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

Pay your Trash Bill or permit payment using our online payment service. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa. A per transaction service fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company for this service. E-checks are also accepted online with a per transaction fee of $1.50.
